The Downtown Decorah Betterment Associaton is a member-supported organization whose efforts contribute to the success of Decorah's downtown and west side. They add to the vitality of the downtown area by helping pay for benches and informational kiosks. Of special notice are the hanging baskets that are placed in over 100 locations during the summertime and maintained by the Downtown Decorah Betterment Association.
