There have been some incredible things happening in the Decorah area in recent weeks. While Decorah was not chosen to be one of the first Blue Zone communities in Iowa, the outpouring of citizen support was overwhelming! It's wonderful to see so many individuals and businesses committed to the overall wellness of the area, and the DACC is privileged to be a part of the continuation of current initiatives as well as the implementation of new ideas to enhance the well-being and health of our communities.

There are exciting things happening at the Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce in these last winter months! The Annual Chamber Gala is quickly approaching, where we celebrate the past year's accomplishments and recognize the Business and Business Professional of the Year. Planning is in full swing for the Ag Appreciation Luncheon in March, where we'll recognize Friends in Agriculture and award two scholarships to local Ag students. Be sure to watch for daily updates on all our events.
