The DACC has built a strong team focused on the mission of the DACC and serving its members. This dedicated, small staff is passionate about the business community and the success of all DACC members.
Nikki Brevig, IOMExecutive Director
Brevig has been Executive Director for the DACC for eight years. She earned her degree in Corporate Communications from Avila University. Prior to joining the DACC team, she worked for Hallmark Loyalty Marketing Group and Aquila, Inc. as Communications Coordinator.
She is a native of Decorah, returning in 2003 after living in Kansas City metro area for six years. She is married to Brandon Brevig, Director of Accounting at Winneshiek Medical Center and has two children- Devin, 12 and Cai, 9.

KristinaWiltgen, IOMDirector of Operations
Kristina has been part of the DACC team for nine years. She earned an AA from NICC in Business and further pursued a B.A. in Business Management from Upper Iowa University. She has alo served as the Executive Director of the Lanesboro Area Chamber of Commerce in Lanesboro, Minnesota.
As a native of northeast Iowa, specifically the Burr Oak area she proudly shows her North Winneshiek Mustang pride! Kristina has been involved in many local organizations and has a passion for local business.
Kristina currently lives in Decorah with her husband Chad and two children, Mason and Carter.

Emily KurashDirector of Communications and Programming
Emily joined the staff in July 2010. Originally hailing from the Fort Atkinson area, Emily made the move back to Decorah after receiving her B.A. in Theatre and Theology from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA and spending time in other midwest cities. Upon returning, she found a passion for "Paying it Local" and the abundance and culture Decorah has to offer.
In addition to her work with the DACC, Emily is involved on the Ag Committee, as well as the New Minowa Players Community Theatre, where she currently serves as Corresponding Secretary, and the Driftless Art Collective Board of Directors as Historian. She remains active in the local and regional theatre scene; acting, directing and designing with local theatres and High Schools, most recently as the Assistant Drama Director at Decorah High School.

Libby Holmes is the new Green Business Council Intern for the DACC and is excited to help businesses save money and the environment. She will graduate from Luther in May 2013 with a Business Management major and a Communication Studies minor. Her passion lies with environmental sustainability in businesses. She currently is a Sustainability Representative at Luther for Farwell Hall and Baker Village in addition to being one of the Student Leaders in the program. Libby enjoys spending her free time reading and playing board games with her friends. In the winter, she can be found snowshoeing in the beautiful outdoors.
