Job Overview:
The Warehouse Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse facility. This position involves administrative tasks related to dealer orders, shipping and receiving, different department operations, and record-keeping. The Warehouse Administrator collaborates with various departments to maintain accurate entry within every system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
– Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to fulfill customer orders.
– Conduct regular inventory audits to help with Backorders for both customer and dealer orders
2. Shipping and Receiving:
– Help the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
– Coordinate with the R&R department to ensure everything received is being processed with payment
-Coordinate with the Shipping and Orders team to help with any errors.
3. Record-Keeping:
– Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as stock movements within the warehouse for dealer orders
– Generate and distribute reports on inventory status, shipping activities, and other warehouse metrics as required.
4. Warehouse Operations:
– Ensure that all orders have appropriately printed labels, categorized, and passed off to the correct person to be processed
-Working with different departments’ administrative operations based on the area of need and specializations
5. Communication and Coordination:
– Act as a liaison between warehouse staff, suppliers, customer service, and other departments to address any inventory-related issues promptly.
– Coordinate with purchasing and procurement teams to manage inventory replenishment and stock levels.
6. Technology and Systems:
– Utilize warehouse management software and other relevant tools to keep all processes maintained

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field).
– Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related administrative role.
– Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
