The course includes six-themed classes\, a small class project\, and some required reading. Every class includes a small group activity\, professional presentation\, and applicable tools and strategies for the workplace. \nThe chamber markets this course to new residents\, employees who are newly-charged with supervising others\, and any young professional who is passionate about being connected to community.
