Barthell OES Home is seeking a part-time, 2 to 4 days a week, Every-Other-Weekend, Morning Shift Attendant and would include every other Holiday. The ideal candidate would be willing to pick up shifts occasionally as well.
The Assisted Living Attendant is a Multi-faceted job which includes, but is not limited to: duties related to housekeeping, dietary, and laundry; assisting residents with activities of daily living; facility security; responding to emergencies; documentation; communicating effectively with coworkers; performing duties under supervision of Social Worker and AL Nurse; answering the phone; abiding by HIPAA guidelines; assisting families and visitors; and adhering to safety policies and procedures.
The Shower Aide hours would be Tuesday and Friday Mornings assisting residents with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene activities, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times. In this vital role, you will provide personalized assistance while ensuring residents feel dignified during their daily routines.
