The Decorah Area Chamber was pleased to help celebrate the Grand Opening of The Highlands Senior Living Communities! The day included a Ribbon Cutting with staff, board members, residents, elected officials, and Chamber Ambassadors. Followed by a Dedication and Blessing Ceremony and an Open House with tours of the new facility. Sugar Bowl was even on site to offer ice cream treats for attendees! Congratulations to the whole team at The Highlands for all their hard work on this project and thank you for the time and dedication to Decorah and its people.
