Oneota Village consists of 16 assisted living units, 18 one-bedroom HUD units, and 20 one or two-bedroom market-rate units.
Oneota Village Assisted Living offers personalized assistance, supportive services, and compassionate care in a professionally managed community setting. We focus on wellness and keeping our tenants as independent as possible.
Since June of 2016 healthcare services have been provided by Northgate Care Center, of Waukon, at which time we added 24-hour on-site staff.
Oneota Village accepts private pay, long term care insurance, elderly waiver through HCBS, and rental assistance through HUD.
Assisted Living at Oneota Village provides the ideal solution for seniors who need some help with daily activities, but still, wish to remain active.
