The West Side Whisk, founded by Lycia who handcrafts beautiful sourdough bread, cookies, scones, and rolls right here in Decorah, Iowa! As a stay-at-home mom to three amazing kiddos—including one with special needs— Lycia needed a flexible hobby that let her stay right by his side while bringing in some extra income. She completely fell in love with the slow, detailed process of sourdough, finding it incredibly therapeutic and a source of pure joy during this sweet new chapter of her life.
