The Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce (DACC) Ag Committee is pleased to offer two $500 scholarships each year – one to a Winneshiek County graduating high school senior and one to a first-year student at NICC.
High School Scholarship: The recipient must be a graduating senior from Winneshiek County or have a compelling connection to Winneshiek County. The prospective recipient should have intent to complete further education in an agriculture-related field at a 2 or 4 year college or tech school.
NICC Agriculture Student: The recipient must be a first-year student at NICC, plan to complete a second year in an agriculture-related field, and be from or have a compelling connection to Winneshiek County.
At least one letter of recommendation is required for this application to be considered complete.
All applications must be received by: May 1st, 2026. Recipients will be notified by June 5th, 2026.
