A professional development series for individuals who want to strengthen/ develop leadership skills and be better informed about Decorah. The course includes six-themed classes, a small class project, and some required reading. Every class includes a small group activity, professional presentation, and applicable tools and strategies for the workplace.

The chamber markets this course to new residents, employees who are newly-charged with supervising others, and any young professional who is passionate about being connected to community.
