Sculpt is a strength- and cardio-focused class will push to your edge in a fast-paced and motivating atmosphere! Expect a full-body workout that flows from one strength segment, smoothly into the next, sequenced with music. You’ll round out class with a vinyasa-inspired ‘flow’ down to bring balance to this 60-minute class. This class moves fast, in a loud atmosphere.
