Key Responsibilities:
– Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field.
– Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
– Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock.
– Complete technical training as assigned, maintain knowledge and continuously work to expand knowledge of new equipment.
– Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region.
