The March 8th luncheon will feature Dr. Steinar Bryn a Norwegian native and renowned international dialogue facilitator and lecturer.
Dr. Bryn is a Nobel Peace Prize nominee and King Olav V Scholar in Residence at Luther. He travels internationally to speak and teach on the importance of maintaining dialogue in conflict situations.The Torgerson Center for Nordic Studies and Center for Global Learning are working closely with Dr. Steinar during his residency.
The quarter 1 Community Connection Luncheon is sponsored by the Oneota Food Coop, “where local and organic aren’t just a corner of the store.”
This luncheon will be at Decorah’s downtown restaurant Rubaiyat. It is a ticketed event that starts promptly at Noon. A plated lunch will be served to attendees. Doors open at 11:50am.
