DRiFT is a strength & yoga studio in the heart of downtown Decorah offering Mindful Vinyasa, Core Vinyasa Fusion, Sculpt CircHiit, and Sculpt Flow. The studio space now features infrared heating panels. Owner Laree Schouweiler is a 500hr Experience Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Instructors Ellie Kuennen, Johanna Bergan, and Dillan Espeset join Laree to lead movement and empower attendees. Salú is a sauna + wellness studio located in downtown Decorah. Salú offers infrared sauna, cold plunge, halotherapy, and red light therapy in a beautiful and modern space.

Winneshiek County Celebration of Life raises money for cancer awareness & prevention. Started in 1998, the organization has helped thousands of women fund preventative mammograms and supported individuals in active cancer treatment with gas and grocery stipends. Their 2025 Fundraising Event is Friday, November 7th – A Rock & Roll Revue featuring the Whitesidewalls.

B. Fit Studio is a gym with workouts focused on kettlebells. Workouts are group based and typically around 35 minutes. It’s a great combination of strength, cardio and core. B. Their therapists provide support through individual, family, couples and relationship therapy, as well as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
