A great Grand Opening event for new Decorah business On Point Permanent Cosmetics ! Chamber Ambassadors joined Owner & Artist Angie Stapelkamp at 222 West Water Street to cut a big red ribbon in celebration.

Angie is a certified and licensed Permanent Make-up and Scalp Micropigmentation Artist. Cosmetic services include ombre powder brows, microblading + shading for brows, eyeliner, lip blushing, and scalp micropigmentation (mimics natural hair follicles).

Angie says clients choose the services for lots of reasons – faster morning routine & convenience but also, for mature clients, it’s a way to continue to highlight features when their own hands are shaky or hair loss has changed what they have to work with.

Angie enjoys working one-on-one with each client in a private setting to help enhance their natural beauty. She says that even though the before & after shots sometimes get shared on social media, she never does that without permission. The work is a secret you can count on her to keep.
