The Driftless Yoga Center is located in downtown Decorah in the third floor space of Impact Coffee (101 West Water St, Decorah, IA 52101). The center is an equity-focused, radically compassionate studio. Yoga Teacher Laree Schouweiler leads classes throughout the week including: Mindful Vinyasa, Express Sculpt, Dynamic Flow. The center also has a retail section with clothing, yoga merch, and gifts.
Schouweiler is a 500hr-experienced registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, holding additional certifications in personal training, coaching, and other fitness-based modalities. She has been leading movement-based and yoga-inspired classes for over a decade.
