A big welcome to cleaning service Jensen Softwashing to Chamber Membership! Owner Brian Jensen started his business in 2021 in response to a need in NE Iowa for commercial and residential exterior cleaning. He is based in West Union and serves a multi-county region. Brian is accepting new clients for exterior cleaning (vinyl siding, brick, concrete patios, etc.) including windows up to 3 stories high.
Jensen Softwashing also does whole-home vent cleaning. February/March is a good time to have duct work cleaned. (Best practice is every 5-7 years.) It greatly reduces dust and dander accumulation in your home – a particularly good service for folks who suffer from allergies (new home buyers might opt for this service to clear out pet dander from previous residents). Brian can clean traditional duct work as well as flex-duct. (We got to see the portable HyperVac that he attaches to your furnace AND we got to see what comes out of duct work – eww. Did you know one human sheds 1.5 pounds of skin each year?)
